Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once pan is hot, add sesame oil, balsamic, green beans, and a pinch of salt.
Sauté for 4-5 minutes, stirring only occasionally to allow beans to toast.
After a few minutes the balsamic will begin to thicken. The balsamic will begin to caramelize and smell sweet. Once this happens, add the slivered almonds and continue to cook for another minute. Be careful to not let the almonds burn.
Top with fresh cracked pepper and just a pinch of salt. Serve and enjoy!
