Roasted Lemon Balsamic Asparagus


Ingredients:



  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Sicilian Lemon balsamic

  • 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed

  • 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp sea salt

  • pepper

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)




Directions:




  1. Preheat oven to 400-degrees.

  2. Put asparagus in an oven-proof baking dish.

  3. Drizzle with balsamic, olive oil and sea salt.

  4. Layer lemons and onions over the top.

  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Serve!
