Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Chipotle Fig Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • 1½ tbsp J. Olive Co. Fig Balsamic
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: chopped pecans or crispy bacon bits

Instructions:

1.     Preheat oven to 425°F.

2.     Toss Brussels sprouts with Chipotle Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.

3.     Roast on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.

4.     Drizzle with warmed Fig Balsamic before serving.

5.     Optional: top with chopped pecans or bacon for extra crunch.
