Ingredients:
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
- 1½ tbsp J. Olive Co. Fig Balsamic
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped pecans or crispy bacon bits
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with Chipotle Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Roast on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. Drizzle with warmed Fig Balsamic before serving.
5. Optional: top with chopped pecans or bacon for extra crunch.
