Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package directions.
- Stir in peas during last minute of cooking.
- Drain and toss with olive oil, balsamic, lemon zest, and parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
