Lemon Rosemary Orzo with Spring Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions.
  2. Stir in peas during last minute of cooking.
  3. Drain and toss with olive oil, balsamic, lemon zest, and parmesan.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve warm.
