Ingredients:
- Carrots
- Parsnips
- Sweet potatoes
- Red onion
- 3 tbsp Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Grapefruit Balsamic
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
Directions:
- Toss vegetables in oil, balsamic, and seasoning.
- Roast at 425°F until golden and tender for about 25–30 minutes
