Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette


  • 1/2 cup J. Olive Co. Maple Balsamic

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup J. Olive Co. EVOO


  1. Place balsamic, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper into a blender.

  2. Pulse to combine, then add the olive oil in a steady stream with the motor running.
