Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 tsp grated or minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp, more if desired, Blackberry Jam (I use sugar free)
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
Directions:
- Mix together all the ingredients. Whisk together or shake in a small glass jar.
- Delicious on a fresh green salad
