- Segmented grapefruit and orange slices
- Toasted almonds or pecans
- Goat cheese or feta
- 2 tbsp Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Grapefruit Balsamic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt, pepper
Directions:

- Toss with greens, citrus, nuts, and cheese.
