Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ½ cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup toasted pecans
- 3 tbsp J. Olive Co. Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Wild Blueberry Balsamic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a jar, whisk together Rosemary Olive Oil, Wild Blueberry Balsamic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, toss greens, goat cheese, blueberries, and pecans.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
