Wild Blueberry & Rosemary Green Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup toasted pecans
  • 3 tbsp J. Olive Co. Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Wild Blueberry Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, whisk together Rosemary Olive Oil, Wild Blueberry Balsamic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss greens, goat cheese, blueberries, and pecans.
  3. Drizzle with vinaigrette and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately.
