Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup goat cheese or feta, crumbled
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans or almonds
Vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp J. Olive Co. Dark Chocolate Balsamic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients until well emulsified.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, berries, goat cheese, and nuts.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving and toss gently.
