Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella or burrata
- Handful of fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp J. Olive Basil Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp J. Olive Strawberry Balsamic
- Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions:
1. On a serving plate, layer strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella.
2. Tuck basil leaves throughout the salad.
3. Drizzle with Basil Olive Oil and Strawberry Balsamic.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately or chill slightly before serving.
