Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or butter lettuce)
- ½ cup sliced strawberries or segmented oranges
- ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese
- ¼ cup toasted almonds, pecans, or walnuts
Dressing:
- 3 tbsp J. Olive Co. Elderflower Balsamic
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Persian Lime Olive Oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Toss salad ingredients in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
