Pomegranate Quince White Balsamic and Blood Orange Olive Oil Salad

Ingredients


Dressings

  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Pomegranate Quince Balsamic

  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Greens

  • 10 cups mixed baby greens

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 orange, sectioned


Directions


1. Whisk together dressing ingredients, set aside.
2. Toss greens, fruits and drizzle with dressing.
