Citrus Salad

Citrus Salad


  • 2 Tbsp walnuts or pecans chopped and toasted

  • 6 ounce Mixed Field Greens

  • 2 navel oranges peeled and sectioned

  • 1 large grapefruit peeled and sectioned

  • 1 Pear sliced

  • 1 cup seedless grapes halved

  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled


  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Cascadian Wild Raspberry balsamic

  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Grapefruit balsamic

  • 1/2 cup J. Olive Co. Blood Orange olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

  • 3 tbsp. orange juice


  1. Mix salad greens and fresh fruit in a salad bowl.

  2. Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients, except for the Blood Orange olive oil. Add the Blood Orange oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly until well incorporated.

  3. Pour over salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
