- 2 Tbsp walnuts or pecans chopped and toasted
- 6 ounce Mixed Field Greens
- 2 navel oranges peeled and sectioned
- 1 large grapefruit peeled and sectioned
- 1 Pear sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes halved
- 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Cascadian Wild Raspberry balsamic
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Grapefruit balsamic
- 1/2 cup J. Olive Co. Blood Orange olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 3 tbsp. orange juice
- Mix salad greens and fresh fruit in a salad bowl.
- Whisk together the salad dressing ingredients, except for the Blood Orange olive oil. Add the Blood Orange oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly until well incorporated.
- Pour over salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
