Ingredients:
Salad
- 5 cups spring mix or arugula
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz burrata or fresh mozzarella
- ¼ cup toasted pecans or sliced almonds
Dressing
- 3 tbsp J Olive Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp J Olive Neapolitan Balsamic
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Build the salad
- Arrange greens on a large platter. Top with strawberries, blueberries, cucumber, onion, nuts, and burrata.
- Make the dressing
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic, Dijon, honey, and salt until combined.
- Dress + serve
- Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
