Ingredients:
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 ripe pear, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup candied walnuts
- 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Peach Balsamic
Instructions:
- Toss arugula, pear, walnuts, and blue cheese in a bowl.
- Whisk Lemon Olive Oil and Peach Balsamic and drizzle over salad.
- Serve immediately.
