Ingredients:
• 12 oz Arugula
• 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Dark Chocolate Balsamic
• 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• 1 Tbsp Shallot, minced
• 1/4 Cup Candied Pecans
• 1/8 tsp Salt
• 1/8 tsp Pepper
• Fruit if desired - sliced blood oranges, strawberries, blueberries, figs, raisins, dried cranberries, or pomegranate seeds.
Directions:
1.Whisk chocolate balsamic, blood orange olive oil, honey, and salt & pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
2. Combine arugula, minced shallot, and candied pecans in a large bowl.
3. Pour the chocolate orange vinaigrette over the arugula & pecan salad and toss.
4. Divide and enjoy.
5. Add fruit of choice if desired
6. Season with extra salt & pepper if desired.
