Tuscan Herb Grilled Chicken with Pineapple Glaze

Ingredients: 

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Tuscan Herb Olive Oil   
  • 2 tbsp Pineapple Balsamic
  • Salt and pepper  
  • 1 tsp honey  
  • 1 clove garlic, minced  

Directions: 

  1. Marinate chicken in Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.  

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.  

  1. Grill chicken until cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes per side.  

  1. In a small saucepan, combine Pineapple Balsamic, honey, and garlic. Simmer until slightly thickened.  

  1. Brush glaze over chicken during the final minutes of grilling.  

  1. Remove from heat and serve warm
