Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb ground chicken
- ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 whole egg
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Meatballs

Add all meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl.

Mix until combined.

Scoop the mixture into 17 even meatballs and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.

Bake for 20-23 minutes at 350°F. Remove and mix with the sticky sweet sauce.
Sticky Sweet Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.

Simmer over low heat until it has reduced slightly, honey dissolved, and it begins to thicken.

Mix with meatballs and serve!
