Sticky Sweet Chicken Meatballs


Ingredients


Meatballs




  • 1 lb ground chicken

  • ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 whole egg

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp onion powder




Sauce




  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • ¼ cup J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic

  • 2 Tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp ginger grated

  • ½ tsp kosher salt

  • ½ tsp ground black pepper


Directions



Meatballs





  • Add all meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl.


  • Mix until combined.


  • Scoop the mixture into 17 even meatballs and place on a parchment lined sheet pan.


  • Bake for 20-23 minutes at 350°F. Remove and mix with the sticky sweet sauce.




Sticky Sweet Sauce





  • In a small saucepan, combine sauce ingredients.


  • Simmer over low heat until it has reduced slightly, honey dissolved, and it begins to thicken.


  • Mix with meatballs and serve!
