Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Toasted Sesame Oil
- 3 tbsp J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Heat J. Olive Co. Toasted Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the balsamic sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to coat evenly and heat through.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
