Ingredients
- 1 small spiral ham (3–4 lbs)
- 3 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F and place ham in roasting pan.
- Whisk olive oil, balsamic, honey, Dijon, and pepper.
- Brush glaze generously over ham.
- Bake 60–75 minutes, brushing glaze every 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
