Lemon Rosemary Honey Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 small spiral ham (3–4 lbs)
  • 3 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and place ham in roasting pan.
  2. Whisk olive oil, balsamic, honey, Dijon, and pepper.
  3. Brush glaze generously over ham.
  4. Bake 60–75 minutes, brushing glaze every 20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
