Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Peach Balsamic
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Whisk Lemon Olive Oil, Peach Balsamic, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
- Sear chicken in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side, then transfer to oven for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle with extra Peach Balsamic and garnish with fresh herbs.
