Lemon Olive Oil & Peach Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Peach Balsamic
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Whisk Lemon Olive Oil, Peach Balsamic, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
  4. Sear chicken in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side, then transfer to oven for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
  5. Drizzle with extra Peach Balsamic and garnish with fresh herbs.
