Lemon Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- Big handful fresh or 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or more
- 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 4 frozen peach slices
- 1 tsp J. Olive Co. Lemon olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. coconut balsamic
- 1/2 small sliced banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to blender
- top with banana, kiwi, coconut flakes, and hemp seeds or blend
- mix and enjoy!
