Honey Ginger Scallops

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1lb Scallops
  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil 
  • 1 bunch Scallions (Chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic 
  • 2 tablespoons J. Olive Co. Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil 

Directions

  1. Rinse scallops and dry on a paper towel. Marinate in sesame oil, salt and pepper in the fridge for 30 minutes. 
  2. Add 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil to a pan and saute scallions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add scallops and sear for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through. 
  3. In a small bowl, whisk honey ginger balsamic and sesame oil together. Drizzle over scallops and serve immediately.
