Ingredients
Sauce
- 1lb Scallops
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil
- 1 bunch Scallions (Chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons J. Olive Co. Honey Ginger Balsamic
- 2 tablespoons J. Olive Co. Japanese Roasted Sesame Oil
Directions
- Rinse scallops and dry on a paper towel. Marinate in sesame oil, salt and pepper in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Add 1 Tbsp. of sesame oil to a pan and saute scallions and garlic for a couple of minutes. Add scallops and sear for 2 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- In a small bowl, whisk honey ginger balsamic and sesame oil together. Drizzle over scallops and serve immediately.
