Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Jalapeno Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic, honey, minced garlic, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
- Toss the shrimp in J. Olive Co. Jalapeno Olive Oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until pink and slightly charred.
- Brush the peach balsamic glaze over the shrimp during the last minute of grilling.
- Serve with extra glaze on the side for dipping.
