Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Suyo Cucumber Balsamic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Garlic Olive Oil, Suyo Cucumber Balsamic, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
