Garlic Cucumber Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Suyo Cucumber Balsamic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Garlic Olive Oil, Suyo Cucumber Balsamic, honey, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges.
