Dark Chocolate Balsamic Glazed Steak Bites with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Dark Chocolate Balsamic
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp Butter Olive Oil. Sear steak bites until browned on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tbsp Butter Olive Oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Dark Chocolate Balsamic and let simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly reduced.
  5. Return steak to the pan, toss to coat in the glaze, and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
