Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin or tenderloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Dark Chocolate Balsamic
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp Butter Olive Oil. Sear steak bites until browned on all sides (about 2–3 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add remaining 1 tbsp Butter Olive Oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in Dark Chocolate Balsamic and let simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return steak to the pan, toss to coat in the glaze, and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
