Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 1½ lb. sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp. J. Olive Chipotle Olive Oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tbsp. J. Olive Espresso Balsamic
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat Chipotle Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add steak in a single layer and sear for about 2 minutes per side, working in batches if needed. Remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in Espresso Balsamic and honey. Simmer 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and toss until coated in the glaze.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Tip: Serve with toothpicks for an easy appetizer. The Espresso Balsamic complements the
richness of the steak while Chipotle Olive Oil adds a smoky kick.
