Peach Balsamic Bourbon Smash

Ingredients:

• 2 oz bourbon
• 1 oz Peach Balsamic
• 1/2 oz Lemon Olive Oil simple syrup (or drizzle)
• Fresh peach slices
• Sparkling water or club soda
• Ice

Instructions:

1. Muddle peach slices in a shaker.
2. Add bourbon, Peach Balsamic, and Lemon Olive Oil syrup.
3. Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a glass.
4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a peach slice.
