Ingredients:
- 2 oz bourbon
- 1 oz Peach Balsamic
- 1/2 oz Lemon Olive Oil simple syrup (or drizzle)
- Fresh peach slices
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Ice
Instructions:
- Muddle peach slices in a shaker.
- Add bourbon, Peach Balsamic, and Lemon Olive Oil syrup.
- Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a glass.
- Top with sparkling water and garnish with a peach slice.
