Lemon Rosemary Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ¼ cup Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Olive Oil
  • Milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, and rosemary olive oil until smooth.
  3. Mix in egg, lemon balsamic, vanilla, and lemon zest.
  4. Stir in flour and baking powder until dough forms.
  5. Roll dough and cut into bunny or egg shapes.
  6. Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies.
