Ingredients
- 2½ cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 1 tsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- Milk (as needed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugar, and rosemary olive oil until smooth.
- Mix in egg, lemon balsamic, vanilla, and lemon zest.
- Stir in flour and baking powder until dough forms.
- Roll dough and cut into bunny or egg shapes.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies.
