Grapefruit Olive Oil Cake

Grapefruit Olive Oil Cake Light, moist, and slightly tangy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • Zest and juice of 1 grapefruit
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup Herbes de Provence Olive Oil
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup Grapefruit Balsamic

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, zest, and juice.
  2. Add oil, then dry ingredients.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with a Grapefruit Balsamic glaze for an elegant finish.
