Instructions

Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

Toss citrus segments with cucumber balsamic and set aside for 5–10 minutes.

Layer cake, whipped cream, and citrus.

Finish with an additional light drizzle of cucumber balsamic.
- Garnish with mint or citrus zest if desired.
