Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup J. Olive Co. Rosemary Olive Oil
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Wild Blueberry Balsamic
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat sugar and eggs until light. Mix in Rosemary Olive Oil, milk, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Let cool, then drizzle with Wild Blueberry Balsamic before serving.
