Ingredients:
- 1 oz J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic
- 1 oz peach puree (or fresh peach slices)
- 1/2 oz vodka (optional)
- Champagne, prosecco, or your preferred sparkling wine
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a champagne flute, add J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic and peach puree. Stir gently.
- (Optional) Add vodka for an extra kick.
- Top off with chilled champagne or sparkling wine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a slice of peach.
