1 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil

2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Vermont Maple Balsamic

1 tsp cinnamon

4 eggs

¼ cup milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil

Fresh fruit (we love it with strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)
Directions
- Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Vermont Maple Balsamic, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.
- Dip bread in egg mixture, then fry slices using Blood Orange Olive Oil until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter Olive Oil.
