Balsamic French Toast


  • 8 slices Brioche bread

  • 1 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Vermont Maple Balsamic

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 4 eggs

  • ¼ cup milk

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • J. Olive Co. Butter Olive Oil

  • Fresh fruit (we love it with strawberries, blueberries, and pineapple)


  1. Whisk together cinnamon, eggs, milk, Vermont Maple Balsamic, and vanilla and pour into a shallow container.

  2. Dip bread in egg mixture, then fry slices using Blood Orange Olive Oil until golden brown.

  3. Serve with fresh fruit and top with Butter Olive Oil.
