Ingredients:
- Sourdough bread
- Mashed avocado
- Roasted cherry tomatoes
- J. Olive Co. EVOO
- Poached egg
- Fresh basil
- Hemp seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Directions:
- To make roasted cherry tomatoes, slice them in half, spread them on a baking sheet, drizzle with J. Olive Co. EVOO and bake for 20-25 min at 425.
- Toast sourdough
- Spread mashed avocado
- Top with poached egg and roasted tomatoes
- Add basil and hemp seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
