Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and pepper
- Fresh herbs or microgreens
Instructions
- Toast baguette slices at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
- Whip ricotta with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Spread ricotta onto crostini.
- Drizzle with lemon balsamic.
- Top with herbs and serve.
