Lemon Rosemary Whipped Ricotta Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp Rosemary Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon Balsamic
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs or microgreens

Instructions

  1. Toast baguette slices at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  2. Whip ricotta with olive oil, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread ricotta onto crostini.
  4. Drizzle with lemon balsamic.
  5. Top with herbs and serve.
