Lemon Peach Basil Pesto


  • 2 handfuls of spinach

  • Small handful basil leaves (about 6 leaves)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1/4 cup walnuts

  • 1 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic

  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Lemon Olive Oil

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • Pepper to taste


  1. Combine in a food processor until smooth.

This pesto recipe is delicious over chicken, tossed with vegetables, or as a pasta sauce.
