Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Cheese Ball
- 6-8 oz. grated smoked gouda cheese
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 3 green onions, sliced
- J. Olive Co. Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
- Grate smoked gouda into a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, chopped pecans, and green onions.
- Save a few pecans and green onions to top cheese ball.
- Mix together and shape.
- Place on platter and top with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.
- Sprinkle with remaining pecans and green onions.
- Serve with your favorite cracker or wheat thins.
