Garlic-Cucumber Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp J. Olive Co. Suyo Cucumber Balsamic
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 tbsp water (for desired consistency)
  • Salt to taste
  • Thinly sliced cucumber and pita chips for serving

Instructions:

  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, Garlic Olive Oil, Suyo Cucumber Balsamic, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
  3. Season with salt and blend again briefly.
  4. Drizzle with additional oil and balsamic and serve with cucumber slices and pita chips.
