Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp J. Olive Co. Garlic Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp J. Olive Co. Suyo Cucumber Balsamic
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2-3 tbsp water (for desired consistency)
- Salt to taste
- Thinly sliced cucumber and pita chips for serving
Instructions:
- Add chickpeas, tahini, Garlic Olive Oil, Suyo Cucumber Balsamic, garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time to reach your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and blend again briefly.
- Drizzle with additional oil and balsamic and serve with cucumber slices and pita chips.
