Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn meal
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • ¼ cup J. Olive Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine corn meal, flour, eggs, baking  powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix Chipotle Olive Oil, egg, & milk together and add to dry ingredients, until just moistened.
  4. Bake in greased 9x9x2 inch pan for 20-30 minutes.
