- 1 cup corn meal
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sifted flour
- ¼ cup J. Olive Co. Chipotle Olive Oil
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine corn meal, flour, eggs, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Mix Chipotle Olive Oil, egg, & milk together and add to dry ingredients, until just moistened.
- Bake in greased 9x9x2 inch pan for 20-30 minutes.
