- 4 pork chops
- J. Olive Co. Chipotle olive oil, to taste
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Serrano Honey vinegar
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper or your choice of seasoning.
- Coat the outside of the pork chops with Chipotle olive oil.
- Place in a ziplock and add 1/4 cup of Serrano Honey vinegar.
- Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Pour the entire bag into a large pan to cook on stove top, or grill to your preference.
- Serve over rice with your choice of vegetables.
