• 4 pork chops
  • J. Olive Co. Chipotle olive oil, to taste
  • 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Serrano Honey vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper or your choice of seasoning.
  2. Coat the outside of the pork chops with Chipotle olive oil.
  3. Place in a ziplock and add 1/4 cup of Serrano Honey vinegar.
  4. Marinate for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Pour the entire bag into a large pan to cook on stove top, or grill to your preference.
  6. Serve over rice with your choice of vegetables.
