Rub tenderloin with Salt Sister’s blend all purpose seasoning, coat tenderloin liberally with J. Olive Co.’s Baklouti green chili fused olive oil. Place in a zip lock bag with a 1/4 cup of J. Olive Co.’s Apricot Balsamic vinegar. Allow tenderloin to marinate for 1/2 an hour on you counter top flipping occasionally to coat all sides. Grill to your liking. For those who like a not so subtle heat- drizzle more Baklouti fused olive oil over the tenderloin after removing from the grill as it rests.
