Policies:
- Orders are shipped USPS. Shipping is included in the cost.
- Membership cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
- It is the member’s responsibility to notify J. Olive Co. of any address changes before oils and balsamic are shipped. J. Olive Co. is not responsible for misdirected shipments.
- No refunds or exchanges on pairings received.
