- 1/3 cup J. Olive Co. Fernleaf dill olive oil
- 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Sicilian lemon balsamic
- 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Neapolitan herb balsamic
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard, sea salt and pepper (or J. Olive Co. Salt Sisters Blend)
- Mix the above ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat both sides of your salmon.
- Cook as desired in the oven, on the grill or pan seared until the fish flakes.
- Plate and garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
