1/3 c. J. Olive Co. Fernleaf dill olive oil
2 T J. Olive Co. Sicilian lemon balsamic
2 T J. Olive Co. Neapolitan herb balsamic
1 T Dijon mustard, sea salt and pepper (or J. Olive Co. Salt Sisters Blend)
Mix the above ingredients in a bowl. Coat both sides of your salmon. Cook as desired in the oven, on the grill or pan seared until the fish flakes. Plate and garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
