- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Sicilian Lemon balsamic
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
- 1/4 cup Tuscan Herb olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
- Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
- Put asparagus in an oven-proof baking dish.
- Drizzle with balsamic, olive oil and sea salt.
- Layer lemons and onions over the top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
