• 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 2 Tbsp J. Olive Co. Red Apple Balsamic
  • 1 c red and yellow tomatoes, baked
  • ½ a loaf of J. Olive Co. Rustic French Boule Bread Mix or sourdough bread, cut into pieces and baked or toasted


  1. Preheat oven 350°
  2. Place brie in a baker, top with vinegar and bake 8-10 minutes, until soft.
  3. Remove brie from oven and top with tomatoes.
  4. Spoon balsamic over top.
  5. Serve with crostini.
