- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Pomegranate Quince Balsamic
- 1/4 cup J. Olive Co. Blood Orange Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 10 cups mixed baby greens
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 orange, sectioned
1. Whisk together dressing ingredients, set aside.
2. Toss greens, fruits and drizzle with dressing.
