- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup J. Olive Co. Pomegranate-Quince Balsamic
- 1/2 cup sugar
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine juice, balsamic, and sugar. Heat and stir until sugar has dissolved. Cool completely. Transfer to a tight sealing jar and refrigerate (will keep for 6 mos.).
- To use – start with 1 Tbsp of Shrub. Add a shot (approx. 1.5 oz.) of gin, light rum or vodka to soda, seltzer or ginger ale, depending on your taste. You can also add 1 Tbsp Shrub in a champagne flute, top with your favorite sparkling wine, and garnish with your favorite fruit.
