• 1/2 Plum
  • 2 tsp J. Olive Co. Peach Balsamic
  • Prosecco
  • Plum slice for garnish


  1. Muddle plum with Peach Balsamic in a glass.
  2. Pour the mixture into glass for serving.
  3. Fill to top with Prosecco.
  4. Garnish with plum slice.
